Debra spent the past 23 years as a Senior/Vice President, opening up new markets, creating a multi-million dollar business from zero using her amazing ability in sales, marketing, training and coaching.  As Vice President, she was responsible not only for creating the sales and marketing strategies for her sales force of literally thousands, but also to execute expert training, resulting in going from zero to over 6.5 million dollars annual sales in just a few short years.  She is a Dynamic trainer, results driven executive with a record of success in both field and corporate markets. With exceptional Leadership skills, and unparalleled ability, her coaching is powerful and effective and has created and continues to create many top income earners in her field.  

Debra Foster is an accomplished artist, with her work displayed in private collections and School mural walls all over Northern Alberta. Before rising to the top of the corporation, her inspiration came from both nature and family. She likes to paint a story while capturing the innocence and free spirit of her subjects. There is a heartwarming response to her work that touches people and is one of her gifts. She was awarded two scholarships and a full tuition and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Distinction. Her work was always sold out at her many Gallery Art solo showings.
